CCS is deploying Office 2019 on Ryerson owned new computers and in our Labs as it is the option best suited for deploying PCs with Office pre-installed and allowing the continued use of Ryerson’s current Visio and Project on-premise licenses. The process requires clients to edit the configuration file to deploy. Office Pro 2019 installation is designed for deployment by IT Administrators, not for individual users to install. Microsoft Office Professional (available to all staff and faculty) Visio 2019 and Project 2019 will not work with Office 365/Pro Plus.
